(Data Protection Regulation Part IV)
REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: Regulation or GDPR) stipulates that the Data Controller must take appropriate measures to provide information to the data subject concerning the processing of personal data in a concise, transparent, comprehensible and easily accessible form, clearly and plainly worded, and must facilitate the exercise of data subject rights. The obligation to provide prior information is also stipulated by Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information.
With the information below, we fulfill our legal obligations. The information is available on the company's website or on the notice board at the Data Controller's premises.

Data processor: any natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the data controller (Regulation Article 4(8)). Using a data processor does not require prior consent from the data subject, but notification is necessary.

Our data processing covers the following personal data of job seekers:
Title, Surname, First name, Place and date of birth, Primary and secondary email address, Primary and secondary phone number, Education, Gender, Social media links, Notes about the person, Photo (facial image), Voice recording if applicable, Signature on scanned documents, Residential address, Mailing address, Maiden name, Mother's name, Personal ID number, Social security number, Tax number, Marital status, Primary and secondary nationality, Previous employers, Previous schools/education, CVs and other documents (e.g., certificate copies), Interview and analysis data sheets, Correspondence with the person.
Special data (e.g., data relating to health, criminal personal data) are processed only with the applicant's separate written consent, solely for the specified purpose. We therefore request that the applicant's CV does not contain special data.
In case of successful selection, our Company uses the information and data provided to us at the application for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations (tax, social security, accounting).
Our web server records the IP address of visitors for statistical purposes, and depending on settings, the browser type, geographical location and time of visit. However, we do not link this data to a specific person.
We store and process applicants' personal data in the HRSzoftver.hu system.
The legal basis for data processing is the consent voluntarily provided by the applicant under Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation. The personal data processed by our Company may come from the following sources: information and personal data voluntarily provided by the applicant; data provided by the applicant to third parties, provided that consent for sharing the data has been obtained.
We may share the applicant's personal data with our clients for the purpose of labor provision. We do not transfer data outside the EU, but we do transfer data within the EU outside of Hungary, where the GDPR Regulation rules also apply. The data stored at our Company may be accessed by our employees and the data processors listed in this document, and exclusively by the relevant employees of our client.
Unless otherwise regulated by law, we store personal data for 5 years. The personal data stored at our Company may be requested for permanent deletion by the data subject at any time in written form.
We inform applicants that if they request deletion of their data before the selection process is closed, they will not be able to participate further in the selection process, as the application materials necessary for evaluation will no longer be available to us.
In order to preserve the security and confidential nature of the data we process, and to prevent data destruction, unauthorized use or alteration, we apply the following IT and other data security and organizational measures, by way of example and not exhaustively.
Documents and records containing personal data held on paper are kept in locked electronic filing cabinets, and are protected from light and heat.
Access to personal data held in electronic systems provided by email or other electronic means is restricted to persons with access rights. Through daily multiple backups stored in physically separate locations, we ensure that data is protected and recoverable even in case of virus, other external attack, or physical destruction of one hardware device.
A data protection incident is any event in which unauthorized persons gain access to personal data or the data is destroyed, lost, or altered.
In the event of a data protection incident, we evaluate its impacts and risks and take immediate steps to remedy it. Within 72 hours of learning of an incident, we report it to the data protection authority, or in cases of high risk, if direct notification of affected parties is not possible, we publish information about the incident on our website. We also maintain a record of data protection incidents with the level of detail prescribed by law.
Applicants may at any time request information about their personal data, request correction, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing of their data, withdraw their consent to data processing at any time, and object to it.
The GDPR Regulation provides for remedies related to data processing. Complaints must first be sent to our Company in written form. If we are unable to resolve it or resolve it improperly, as an appeal forum, you may contact the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, postal address: 1537 Budapest, P.O. Box 834.; address: 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; phone: +36 (1) 391-1400; website: www.naih.hu), or against the decision of the supervisory authority, a request for remedy may be submitted to the court under Article 78 of the GDPR.
