Our company group has been active in workforce leasing and metal assembly since 1989. Over the decades, we have gained deep knowledge of the labour market from both the employer and employee perspectives.
Personal Partner Kft. was among the first Hungarian companies to obtain a workforce leasing licence for Germany in 2011, following a 7-year transitional period after Hungary's EU accession.
Our activity is still primarily driven by exports to Germany – placing welders, metalworkers, painters and electricians with German manufacturing partners.
All workers are registered. Bank-transfer payroll with full documentation. Our Hungarian and German licences are continuously renewed and active.
Wages paid by the 10th of every month. Agreed staffing levels delivered on time to our partners.
